About this card
A physical review card with an NFC chip inside. When a customer holds a compatible phone near it, their phone opens the review page you have chosen as the card's destination.
There is no app for the customer to install and nothing for your staff to memorise. You put it where you already finish serving people — the counter, the reception desk, the bill tray, the payment point — and the review link is one tap away.
What it does
- Opens your review page when tapped by an NFC-enabled phone
- Reusable — the same card works for customer after customer
- No battery, no charging, no pairing
What it does not do
The card makes it easier for customers to leave genuine feedback. It does not control or guarantee the rating they leave, it does not filter or hide negative reviews, and it is not endorsed by or affiliated with any review platform.
Choosing a pack
Most businesses start with one card for each place they finish serving a customer. A single counter needs one. A salon with several stations, or a restaurant with a bar and a collection point, usually wants more.
Merchant note: pricing is a placeholder. Confirm material, dimensions, chip type, whether the stand is included, the programming process and delivery times before launch, then replace the placeholder detail here and in the theme's FAQ sections.

Questions
Common questions.
Does the customer need an app?
No. NFC reading is built into modern phones, so the link opens in the phone's normal browser.
Does it work with iPhone and Android?
Most current iPhones and Android phones can read NFC tags without any setup. Confirm the models you support before publishing a compatibility claim.
Can I change the destination later?
Answer this only once you have confirmed whether your cards are re-writable or locked.
Does it come with a stand?
Confirm whether the stand shown in the photographs is included in the price, sold separately, or supplied only with certain packs — then state it plainly here.
How long does delivery take?
Add your confirmed dispatch and delivery times.
Does the card guarantee positive reviews?
No. The card makes it easier for customers to leave genuine feedback. It does not control or guarantee the rating they leave.
