Artwork
Send us artwork that will actually print.
Custom print goes wrong at the file, not at the design. Here is exactly what the card is and what we need, so nothing has to be redone after you have paid.
SVG, PDF, AI or EPS
Scales to any size without softening. A vector logo prints as cleanly at 128 mm as it does on a business card. Convert every font to outlines before you send it, or we cannot guarantee it sets the way you drew it.
PNG or JPG
Accepted, but only at full card size and resolution. A logo saved off a website is usually a few hundred pixels wide, and nothing at the press can rescue that once it is enlarged to fill a card.
Extend any background colour or image all the way to the bleed edge, not just to the trim line.
Keep logos, text and anything you would mind losing inside the safe area — trimming moves by a millimetre or so.
Send a PNG with a transparent background if your logo sits on the card's own colour.
Tell us the exact colours if they matter. A brand hex or Pantone reference beats us matching by eye.
One file per card design. If branches differ, send one file per branch and say which is which.
If you can only send a raster file, it has to be at least 1382 × 1512 px at trim, or 1453 × 1583 px including bleed, which is this card at 300 dpi.

How it runs
Nothing is printed before you have seen it.
Custom work is the one thing here you pay for before you can hold it. This is the order it happens in.
- Send your artwork Upload it with your order, or email it to us first if you would rather talk it through.
- We check it will print Size, resolution, bleed and colour. If something will not work we tell you before anything is charged for.
- You see it before we print We come back with what the card will look like. Nothing goes to print until you have said yes.
- Printed and programmed Your design on the front, your link written to the chip inside, so it works the moment it lands.
- Dispatched Delivery is 5 to 7 working days. Custom work adds to that — we confirm the timing with your proof.

What counts as a bulk order?
There is no fixed cut-off. If you need more than a handful of cards, or cards for more than one location, send us your numbers and we will quote.
Can each location have its own review destination?
Yes. Send us a list of your locations with the review link for each one, and we will programme every card to match its branch.
What if I do not have a vector version of my logo?
Send whatever you have and we will tell you honestly whether it will hold up at card size. If it will not, the usual fix is redrawing it as vector — say so when you enquire and we will come back on what that involves.
Can I see the card before you print it?
Yes. We come back to you with what the card will look like, and nothing is printed until you have approved it.
How long do custom and bulk orders take?
Lead time depends on the quantity and on how much is being customised. We confirm the timing with your proof, before you commit to anything.
Do you work with resellers and agencies?
