Which card should I choose?
Start with one card for each place you finish serving a customer — the counter, the reception desk, each payment point.
A single-counter business usually needs one. Salons and restaurants with several stations tend to want three to five.
Does the customer need an app?
No. Reading NFC tags is built into modern phones, so your review page opens in the phone's normal browser. Neither you nor your customer needs to install anything.
