About this card
Four tap cards for reception and the check-out window — where patients confirm the next appointment, save your number, and are asked how it went.
What is in the set
- Google review card — opens your review page at the check-out window.
- WhatsApp card — opens a chat with your rooms for appointments and queries.
- Contact card — saves your number and email to the patient's phone in one tap.
- Website card — straight to your site for hours, directions and forms.
Bought separately these four cards cost R796. The set is R599.
How it works
Each card is a flat acrylic card, 117 × 128 mm, with a re-writable NFC chip inside. We programme all four with your links before dispatch, so they work the moment they arrive. There is no app to install — the patient's phone opens the link on its own.
Send your four links when you order, or order now and we will email you one short form for all of them. Dispatched within 1 working day of receiving your links; delivery 5 to 7 working days. One-time purchase, no subscription, no charge per tap.

Questions
Common questions.
Does the customer need an app?
No. Reading NFC tags is built into modern phones, so your review page opens in the phone's normal browser. Neither you nor your customer needs to install anything.
Does it work with iPhone and Android?
Yes, on iPhone 7 and later, and on any Android phone with NFC.
iPhone XR, iPhone XS and every model since read the card automatically — the customer holds the top of their phone near it and a notification appears. On iPhone 7, 8 and X they open Control Centre and tap NFC Tag Reader first.
On Android, NFC needs to be switched on in settings, and usually is by default. The customer holds the back of the phone near the card.
Can I change the destination later?
Yes. The chips are re-writable, so a card can be pointed at a new link rather than replaced.
Email us at goodwordza@gmail.com with your order number and the new link and we will sort it out.
Does it come with a stand?
No. These are flat cards. They lie on a counter, desk or table rather than standing upright, and no stand is included.
How long does delivery take?
We dispatch within 1 working day of receiving your order and your link. Delivery then takes 5 to 7 working days.
Standard delivery is R 100, and free on orders of R 770 or more. Express delivery is R 150.
Does the card guarantee positive reviews?
No. The card makes it easier for customers to leave genuine feedback. It has no influence over the rating they leave.
We do not sell anything that filters, hides or diverts negative reviews. Asking only the customers you expect to be happy, or asking for a particular number of stars, breaks the rules of every major review platform and puts your listing at risk.
For resellers
Thinking of selling these to other businesses?
There is a 45-page field playbook for exactly that: which businesses to approach, the twenty-second tap demo, word-for-word scripts, fourteen objections answered, pack pricing and a supplier directory.
